What data I collect
Data you give me: your name, email and, when you book a session, your birth data (date, time and place) which I use only to prepare your reading. Also any information you share when you write to me by email or WhatsApp.
Payment data: payments are processed through external platforms (MercadoPago and PayPal). I don’t store your card details; that information is handled directly by each platform under its own policies.
Data collected automatically: browsing the site logs basic technical data (like your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) via cookies and analytics tools, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
What I use your data for
- To provide the service you requested (sessions, readings, reports and guides).
- To answer your questions by email or WhatsApp.
- To send you material or updates, only if you chose to receive them.
- To improve the site and the experience of the people who visit it.
Who I share your data with
I don’t sell or rent your data. I only share it with the providers that make the service work: payment platforms (MercadoPago, PayPal), video calls (Zoom), site hosting (WordPress.com / Automattic) and analytics tools. Each one handles your data under its own privacy policy.

The site uses cookies to work properly and to measure its use. You can set your browser to block or delete them, though some features might stop working as expected.
Your rights
At any time you can ask me to access your data, correct it, or delete it, and unsubscribe from any communication. To do that, write to valezonni@gmail.com and I’ll take care of it promptly.
How long I keep your data
I keep your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Once it’s no longer needed, I delete it.
